Alchemy Coins are virtual tokens used to generate AI videos on the platform. Key terms:

• Alchemy Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable • Alchemy Coins do not expire • Alchemy Coins are credited to your account after a successful purchase • We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with reasonable notice

Purchases of Alchemy Coins are generally final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact legal@alchemymakers.com.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video content. AI outputs may vary in quality and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of any generated content.

You are solely responsible for how you use content generated through the Service. You represent that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Whop and Stripe). By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
