Alchemy Makers (“we”, “us”) operates Alchemy Makers. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile image if provided by Google or Discord, and sign-in timestamps.
• Studio data: uploaded images, audio, and video; generation prompts and settings; output videos; credit balance and ledger entries.
• Payment metadata: pack purchased, amount, currency, and processor identifiers from Dodo Payments. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Create and authenticate your account.
• Run generations, store assets, and maintain your credit ledger.
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Provide support.
• Improve reliability and protect the Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who process it for us:

• Authentication and database hosting.
• Object storage for private media.
• Model hosts that generate video from your inputs (including Replicate).
• Payment processing (Dodo Payments).
• Transactional email (Resend).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alchemy Makers, our users, or the public.

Retention

We keep account, generation, and purchase records while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

Security

Media is stored in a private bucket and served with short-lived signed URLs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect information with industry-standard controls.

Your privacy rights (including CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, to correct inaccurate information, to delete information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. California residents also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise a request, email support@alchemymakers.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may also use an authorized agent where the law allows. You can review purchases and credit activity in your account after signing in.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do.
